I see what you’re trying to get at…but how does this effect the majority of American wrestling fans.
You’re a smart mark who watches foreign wrestling–only a small fraction of smart marks even watch that sort of thing and ever a smaller fraction watch women wrestle…
You’re arguing in the tiniest of niches–bring something more substantial to the table.
Most of us have never seen these two go at nor do we care to–that’s not being offensive, that’s just being brutally honest.
Right…but didn’t Trish leave after this–to pursue the career she “really” wanted in television and film?
I know you want to win this argument–but my standpoint is that they use wrestling as a “springboard”.
I would hope that Trish Stratus (who was a FITNESS MODEL, not a “trained” wrestler) would ply her skills to the company that paid her–and until she comes back–she’s a SHINING example (much like Stacy Keibler) of how the VAST MAJORITY aren’t wrestlers first…
Great match, btw; but how does the ratio of one women’s match in mainstream wrestling hold up to the onslaught of the CRAPPLING matches that occur on a nightly basis–or twice a week if you only watch television? (SD and ECW are taped in the same building…but you knew that.)
Interesting facts.I have bookmarked this site. stephanazs
