Why Does Taco Bell Hate Me So Much?
I, like most college students, love fast food especially when it is open late. The fourth meal is a great idea even when eaten as your sixth meal. It happens! Adam Sandler must have been writing his “Taco Bell” dog song about me because I must have offended them in some way. Have you seen the Taco Bell dog recently? Exactly, what happened to him?
Anyway, every time I pull up to the speaker, the person working always asks how I am but they don’t ever listen when I tell them about my day, calluses, and everything else going on. If they didn’t want to know they shouldn’t have asked. Once I’m done telling them my life story I yell my order to them over the snoring and honking. Finally I pull up to the window ready for some food. Here is where the problem always occurs.
For the longest time they would hand me my order and I would drive away. OK, so I sat in the parking lot to eat because I can. However, when I opened my bag they had always forgotten my carmel apple empanada. That was worth going back in for. The fourth time this happened I decided to check the bag before pulling away into the parking lot to save myself some walking. Fool proof, right? Wrong! I was so busy checking my food that I spaced about my drink. Once again I was face to face with the same employee who knew my life story just trying to get my soft drink.
The last time I went to Taco Bell I was prepared. I had my checklist out and was determined to stay in the car under any circumstances. Even this plan failed! They gave me my food at the window and then walked away. I saw my drink sitting there behind the glass so I waited for the worker to come back. After three minutes of sitting there I rolled my window down and knocked on the glass. No answer. I waited another minute and then honked my horn trying to get someone’s attention; again nothing. I had only one thing left to do. I threw my hands in the air and went crazy in my car so all the people in line at taco Bell would see me! Sure enough they did and were all leaning to get a better view. Some of them even looked a little bit frightened but they got me help. I got my drink and drove off to enjoy my meal.
The bottom line is that Taco Bell is a good place to eat; just go inside to order.

This is so true. You know, and it’s not asking a lot. Isn’t that what they get paid to do at the drive thru? Make sure you get your order?

Hey… I work at Taco Bell… I understand that it happens but it’s not on purpose! I swear! hehe. I don’t work late at night though, so I don’t know about that. The North side is the best!

Hey, i work at Taco Bell. I know what you’re talking about, and it happens. I know that I personally don’t do it on purpose when I work at the drive through, though I don’t work late at night so I don’t know about them. The North side is the best though… hehe…
